This is by far, the worse book I have ever purchased. Recipes consist of using pre-packaged vegan products. Buy vegan cheese and place on bread buttered with vegan butter and toast for a grilled cheese sandwich. Not only is these just a FAT SANDWICH, what was the author thinking? That no one could figure THAT out? How about the recipes for buying Vegan steaks and heat them up and serve them with steam vegetables???? This book was the worse book I have ever encountered and shocked that it even made it to be sold on Amazon.Product details

For people like me, who like recipes that are easy to follow, for meals that are quick to prepare, this book is ideal. Also included lots of ideas that I hadn't thought of before.
Some of the recipes were great and easy, some so pointless, with so little description I thought some information was missing. Not the worst I have read, not the best...
